In a lush green forest, there lived a curious horse named Hazel. Hazel had many horse friends in the nearby meadow, but she always wondered about the animals deep in the woods.

One day, while exploring the forest, Hazel spotted a big brown bear named Bruno. At first, she felt scared and wanted to run away.

But then she noticed Bruno looked sad and lonely. Taking a deep breath, Hazel stepped forward.

“Hello,” she said softly. “I’m Hazel. Are you okay?”

Bruno looked surprised. “I’m Bruno,” he replied. “I’m just feeling lonely. Most animals are afraid of me.”

Hazel’s heart softened. “Well, I’m not afraid,” she said, even though she still felt a little nervous. “Would you like to be friends?”

Bruno’s eyes lit up. “Really? But horses and bears aren’t usually friends.”

Hazel smiled. “Who says we can’t be? We can make our own rules.”

From that day on, Hazel and Bruno became the best of friends. They went on adventures together, shared stories, and showed the forest that friendship can bloom in the most unexpected places.

The other animals were amazed to see a horse and a bear playing together. Soon, they too started making friends with animals they never thought could be their friends.

Hazel and Bruno taught everyone that being different doesn’t mean you can’t be friends. True friendship comes from the heart, not from being the same.

The end.
