Bessie the cow comes home with a new dress but leaves her tail at the shop. In this funny cow bedtime story, mosquitoes send her searching for a replacement, and her farmyard friends lend a hand. Will any of their tails feel right?
Mosquitoes start Bessie’s search in Bessie and the Lost Tail. Without her own tail to swish them away, the cow asks farmyard friends to lend her theirs and discovers that every replacement works differently. The buzzing nuisance sets up a funny story about accepting help and recognising why the right solution cannot always be borrowed.
