Baby is clean. The toys play one last game. Then the little blue boat needs help.

Baby had a warm bath, splash splash.
Then Mama lifted Baby into a soft towel.
The tub still had warm water, and the toys woke up.
The yellow duck bobbed beside the cup.
The soft sponge floated by the soap.

The little blue boat raised its white sail.
"One tiny game?" said the duck.
"One tiny game," said the boat.
The duck went bob, bob, bob, and the boat tried to follow.
The sponge said, "Slowly, friends."
Round the cup they went, and round the bubbles they went.
The duck looked back and smiled.
The boat wanted to catch her.
Swish, the boat turned too fast.
A small splash reached the white sail.
Plop, the sail drooped down.

"Oh no," said the boat.
"I cannot go," whispered the boat.
The duck came back and blinked.
The sponge came close and stretched.
"I am sorry," said the duck.
"It was only a splash."
Mama heard the little drip and smiled.
"What do we need?" said Mama.

The duck looked at the warm towel.
Then the duck had a little idea.
"Mama has warm wind," said the duck.
Mama lifted the boat from the tub.
She put it on a dry towel.
The water stayed far away while Mama held the warm hair dryer.
Whoosh, whoosh, the sail lifted.
Whoosh, whoosh, the sail became dry.
The boat smiled and raised its sail.
"I can sail again!" said the boat.
The duck smiled too and said, "Chase me?"
Mama smiled and shook her head softly.
"Tomorrow," said Mama.
The water went glug, glug, glug.
The toys grew sleepy.
The boat rested on the shelf.
The duck rested beside the cup.
The sponge rested by the soap.

Baby yawned, and Mama turned the light low.
"Goodnight, boat," said Baby.
The little blue boat whispered, "Goodnight, duck and sponge."
"Tomorrow we will play," whispered the boat.
Then the room was calm, and Baby slept.
